. Seller reserves the right to refuse to sell a kitten to a purchaser at any time prior to the kitten's pickup or shipment. The seller's right to cancel the kitten contract will be solely based on the kitten's best interest. If there is a cancellation by the seller, all monies paid as a deposit will be refunded in a timely manner.

If you put a deposit on the Asian Leopard kitten wait list, be prepared to wait a year or possibly two years. ALCs usually breed twice a year. They normally have 1 or 2 kittens. Sometimes 3 or 4 but that is not the norm.
I will keep in touch and let you know when there is a pregnancy. If after two years and there is not a kitten available for you, I will refund your deposit. If you decide to cancel before the two years is up, your deposit will NOT be refunded. Initial____
